Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not left our logistic center. To change or cancel your order please contact our customer service at +49 (0) 8106/300-300.

Do I have to register as a user to place my order?

As www.touchgrip.de is an online specialist shop for dental products, we are only allowed to deliver our products to dentists and dental technicians. Therefore, you have to register as a user before placing your first order.

I have not received an order confirmation via email. 

If you have not received an order confirmation via email 30 minutes after placing your order, the reason could be a technical error or you have provided a wrong e-mail address. Please check your provided e-mail address on www.touchgrip.de or contact our customer service at +49 (0) 8106/300-300.

I already am a customer of American Dental Systems. Do I have to register as a user nonetheless?

Even so you already are a customer of American Dental Systems, we ask you to register as a user on www.touchgrip.de before placing your order.

How to register a complaint?

If you want to reclaim (a) product(s) which you ordered on www.touchgrip.de, please send us the product together with an accompanying letter including information about the malfunction:
